We wanted to experience The Viking Ocean experience. We were extremely impressed with all aspects of the Viking ocean experience. From the easy embarkation process, to our explorer suite being ready as soon as we boarded, and the very helpful suite stewards. The steward gave us a tour of the suite and explained all the specific details of the suite as well as what was included in our package. The Explorer Suite was well laid out and the wrap around verandah was to die for. We were also very impressed with the quality and taste of all the meals we had on board. Although we indulged a lot it felt like we were eating healthy. We were not too impressed with the destination. We were anchored in both the ports and the water was definitely not Caribbean blue. More muddy than blue. That was disappointing. However, being on the super luxurious cruise ship was well worth the trip. We will certainly go on another Viking Ocean cruise and hope they expand their destinations out of Florida into the Caribbean.
