In general a relaxing experience which can easily be improved if MSC wants to. Issues that needs attention is the most terrible coffee being served, there is no reason to serve such disgusting coffee and no person on the cruise including staff said that they liked it. Being our second cruise we took cappuccino sachets with, but surely they MUST be willing to serve better coffee. And then SMOKING!!! Again it make no sense that Casino is smoking area, in middle of lounges, open to both ends and the smoke just fills major parts of the lounge areas. Then the excursions the organized with outside companies is expensive but more importantly no value for money as it is basically was a taxi helldrive with lives in danger and no relaxing day tour. It seems that all these is done purely for their bottom line, thus the guests is not their first priority!! Food was good in general but waitering at dinner irritating as there system only allows your waiter to even bring you butter or bread- thus if he is busy or not very good you will wait and ask wait - really irritating- why not at least have runners which can attend small things guest need.?

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

Cabin was great, small but well layout, clean although linen and pillows old and at end of lifespan. Still enjoyed cabin in general.
