Cabin: Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

First time with Norwegian, cruised with RCL and carnival many times. Loved the bathroom in our cabin, double sink and full shower with glass sliding doors. We had a “mini”suite, which has a very poor layout. The closet is at the end of the bed so you literally have to slither in and out to get anything out. The balcony is the smallest we have ever had( just enough room for 2 chairs) but not really enough room for 2 people. Our cabin steward introduced himself to my husband, but just ignored the fact that myself and 2 daughters were also in the room. He “cleaned” the room daily, however room was never vacuumed and sheets were only changed because we called down ( not to mention the sheets were stained). He also never gave us clean glasses, just put the paper cap ( which was the same one) on glass everyday, whether it had water in it or not.

For the most part I found everyone friendly. We loved having the beverage pkg! Never an issue, even with our girls we would order them pop and never a problem. If you have a beverage pkg, don’t buy a soda pkg for your kids because they literally don’t care if you use your card for them.

Ports were ok, Harvest Caye is the most boring, nothing to do, this is their private island but don’t allow beverage pkg there.
