We choose that cruise for the itinerary, apity that it was only one day at Reunion and no stop in Madagascar.
The Boat itself was great, cabin nice, and food average, but what a disater in embarkation where the staff let us wait for over one hour and thirty minutes , as their Pc was offline before they decide to do the check manually we could hardly understand what they were anouncing on the spearkers in the hall, and at disembarkation we were not informed in our lounge when to go, so we followed everybody and it went smoothly until we had to wait for MSC schuttle, we nearly missed our plane as we were waiting in the sun for two hours to get our bus. We definitely think that a staff of MSC should have been there to check that the flow was running properly. we did find that buses were scare at disembarking but they were actually few of them waitng for passenger at airport. Embarking and disembarking in Mauritius and Reunion was excellent. Staff on board was excellent specially at reception Mariia Lataba, and our waiter Superjana and the supervisor from Honduras in restaurant as they went also out of their way to look after us. Food was average, as some items on the menu did not correspond to what we were served, but quality was average to excellent.
We could see another cruise but not on the same tpye of bad service at embarkation and disembarking.
Cabin was nice, clean and spacious enough, Shower was a little bit bigger than on sinfonia, nice balcony and service by Dana was excellent
very poor service from MSC as their PC was offline
