Having taken a land tour through Italy, we wanted a way to see numerous countries without constantly packing and unpacking! After reviewing numerous cruise lines we chose Viking based on ship size, maturity requirements and excellent rating. Viking exceeded our expectations in all categories. The cabin was comfortable and the balcony inviting even on chilly evenings. The cabin service was exceptional and they must be invisible as each time we left the cabin we came back to a clean room and we never saw anyone! We ate at all the on-board restaurants and our favorite was the one we were in at that time! We enjoyed every shore excursion we took whether included or if a small fee was required. Every evening we were delighted with the on-board entertainment. What a wonderful closure to a marvelous day of world traveling.
