Very average experience. Automatic gratuity seems to effect the friendliness of the staff and the services offered. Have been on 4 prior cruises and this cruise had very sub par dining and staff in comparison. Food is very average. Gelato and coffee bar are very good, but you pay extra for that. The Spa was nice and massage therapists were very friendly. Guest services were not friendly. Bartenders were slow. It was nice to experience the islands without paying for airfare. Ship had an outbreak of Norovirus while we were aboard and yet I never saw the staff cleaning hand rails or high traffic areas. Carpet needs to be replaced on the stairways. In cabin TV has limited channels and no local channels. Lots of ship maintenance was being done during the day, which was loud and annoying. Don't expect a Disney or Carnival experience and you won't be disappointed with this cruise.
Decent, but can in staff were horrible. Did not clean the cabin or even attend to much other than clean towels and make the bed
