This was our 1st Viking River Cruise. The entire experience from beginning to end was great. Embarkation was seamless. Viking meets you at the airport and takes you to your ship. We loved the atmosphere of the smaller group of people. The price you pay includes a complementary excursion at each port. All of these excursions on The Rhine were great. The staff was always very friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions if necessary. Best food we have ever had on a cruise. Again all meals are included in the price you pay. They also treat you with food specialties of every region you visit. All drinks are also included with your meals. At the end of the cruise they transport you to the airport and have a staff member inside the airport to help with your luggage and make sure you get checked in at the correct gate. Can’t wait until our next Viking Cruise.
