We had taken a river cruise with Viking and were happy with the experience. We wanted to try an ocean liner with fewer passengers and Viking fit the bill with the Australia and New Zealand destinations. The ship was wonderful! We found everything to our liking. No crowds, few lines, short waiting times for tables, many places to just sit and relax. And, of course, there was High Tea in the afternoons.

The fact that this was an adult cruise with no casino, but a myriad of activities if you wished to be involved is definitely a strong point.. I could easily have stayed on for another 2 weeks.

Viking could easily become our cruise line of choice, depending on destinations and itineraries.

Cabin Review

Cabin Veranda

Our cabin was great. More than enough room for the 2 of us. It was immaculate at all times with towel service, refrigerator service, and very nice attendants who never failed to say hello and ask about our day.
