I chose this cruise because I have shares in the RCI parent company which entitled me to a shipboard credit. It also had an itinerary that included several islands that I had never visited before (Grenada, St. Kitts, St. Croix, Dominica), so it looked interesting.

I'd actually rate it somewhere between a 3 and a 4. I'd been on another Solstice class ship before, so knew what to expect in terms of the physical amenities.

As a solo traveller, i felt pretty awkward a lot of the time. There weren't many things that were geared to single travellers and because the trip was over the Christmas holidays it was mostly families and couples, which I did expect. Nevertheless, I did feel uncomfortable when I went to a bar or event, especially since I am kind of introverted and shy.
