Where to begin?!?! It was disappointing from beginning to end. We actually "river cruised" 1 1/2 days versus the 7 days we were expecting. We were bussed around, lied to, stuck in an industrial "port" for three days, had our excursions cancelled (and only told "Viking is not offering these excursions at this time") A refund for the excursions that we paid for still has not been received after almost SIX months! I know there is a lawsuit from one of the travelers on our ship. We sent a letter to the head of customer relations, but guess what: we didn't get any response. They do NOT take care of their customers and blame everything on low water levels that they can't control.....which has been going on a LONG time. This is their business! They need to understand what customers expect and treat them fairly!! I can't recommend this company. Do your homework and read reviews carefully!
