Cabin: Balcony Stateroom
This is out 3rd cruise for the year. First time with Norwegian. We have a party of 8 people (2 kids).
We found out some areas which need to improve.
Check in time is a bit too long and not organized. We spend over 60 min to check in. Staff not feeling like welcoming their guests.

Cabin is clean, house keeping is excellent. Only thing to mention is the shower door trim is not install properly, the water always went out the bathroom floor, we need to use extra floor towel to keep the floor dry.
