Overall our trip was great. The destination to Algiers was less than advertised. You can probably delete that destination in the future as it offered very little-monument to their Independence, Casbah was dirty and not very nice and offered little.
This is our second Viking Cruise and we thought the Grand European River cruise last year from Budapest to Amsterdam was outstanding. We're less enthused about the ocean cruises and would be doubtful to do another ocean cruise.
We're thinking about another river cruise and this time in Russia and hope it's as good as described in the brochure.

Trapani
My favorite place to visit. Our guide did a nice tour and would like to live there.
Algiers
Algiers is not ready for tourists. Having a police escort is uncomfortable and the monument was OK. Guide made the most of telling about the progress of Algiers but it's still a third world country and I wouldn't go back if you paid me.
Valencia
Very nice, tour guide did a great job and we enjoyed the laid back way of this city.
Barcelona
Really didn't get to see any of the city as we had to leave.
