Our first cruise ever and we chose Viking because of the wonderful things we heard from friends. The brochures and website were very informative as wel. We were not dissapointed. We felt so pampered and well taken care of. Everything, and I do mean everything went well! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and enjoyed all the ammenities that were offered with such great presentation and enjoyment by those who staffed the ship. We made new friends! The meals were superb! It was truly pleasurable. The staff on our wonderful ship were top notch. Our cruise director Evelyn took great care and communicated with me on a package I had left on a bus which was mailed back to my home. I felt she went above and beyond. Each guest was very important to her and to all the staff. We enjoyed being on the Rhine and not having to move every other night. There we were for the enjoyment of all the cruise had to offer. We look forward to traveling again with Viking in 2020 when we enjoy the Passion Play cruise.
