Visiting Greece, Israel, and Italy has always been on our bucket list. We especially wanted to visit the “Holy Land” following Christ”s journey. This ship, the crew, and every detail of this cruise was nothing short of magnificent! The ports of call, the included and optional tours, and especially the knowledgeable tour guides, provided us living history lessons. We learned so much of this regions origins.

The dining experience was our best ever. Each meal was special, both in the specialty venues and in the world cafe. We were pampered for two solid weeks and will surely ocean cruise with Viking again. We’ll be doing a Viking River Cruise (Romantic Danube) for our 50th Anniversary this December with our children and grandchildren.

This was our fifth ocean cruise, and the first with Viking. The experience with Viking is far and away superior to our experiences with Norwegian, Carnival, and Princess in every aspect.
