We heard Viking was the best from others, they did not disappoint. It has been years since we were in Europe the transition from airport to ship in Amsterdam was flawless. Once on board we were very pleased with our accommodations, stateroom was just what we envisioned. The crew was fantastic, especially the servers and the Program Director. Not knowing what exactly to expect we only took part in the included tours, they gave us pleanty of time to explore on our own. We really liked the schedules allowing us time to explore the ports on our own. we fount the food to wonderful, nice choices from contentnal breakfast, full breakfast bar, lunches on the deck were an added pleasure. Dinners were well done, the options (local fare and specialitydishes) were well done, made us remember the times we were statiioned ini Germany. All in all, it was the best vacation we have ever had.
