I have been on the Freedom of the Seas many times and was one of my favorites until now. I have always loved cruising the Southern Caribbean, so when I saw my favorite ship and a Southern Caribbean cruise, it was time to book.

I guess the 1st thing I noticed was the lack of service from the porters at the terminal. I was almost wondering if I needed to place my luggage on the rack for them. In Ft Lauderdale, Miami and Port Canaveral all are helpful with bags and answering questions you may have. San Juan obviously doesn't have that work ethic.

The checking after I got into the terminal was quick and friendly. There was no issues all the way to the ship.
