I have been on multiple cruises and this was my 3rd Royal Caribbean cruise.I usually get a suite because it is just my husband and I now so we like to pay for extra comforts. THERE WERE NONE on this boat. There was not even a lounge for the suite guests or any extras at all. The POOL was the smallest I have ever seen and there literally was no room to even get in it. I did not even get my morning coffee on two mornings and the coffee they served out on the pool deck was TERRIBLE also. It rained two mornings and we got soaked! THEN trying to get a drink with the bachelor and bachelorette parties going on was ridiculous! We were totally ignored. The food in the dining room was not good and actually cold one night. They even ran out of some of the desserts. I made reservations for the specialty dining and paid for lunch but when we got there we were told they were not open and we had already missed lunch in the dining room. The It took days to get a refund that should not have been taken to begin with. The buffet food was awful and they had no activities at night like liquor or wine tastings for adults. No solarium pool for adults and very little seating on deck either. We usually have preferred entrance and departures with the suite but did not get those either. I DEFINITELY DID NOT get my moneys worth on this one and paid more than the last one we went on which was GREAT (Brilliance Of The Seas) Going to try the others again and see if better.
