The 5day December cruise on the Musica was a fantastic family holiday with fair value for money.

The whole experience of the MSC starts when you book, and you can imagine my frustration when booking the room, they say that they only have 2 sleeper cabin and having to take 2 rooms only to find out once in the rooms that both rooms which they said was 2 sleepers was actually 4 sleeper and MSC SA denying it. I must wonder if this was a scam my MSC to fill up the rooms and why MSC SA is avoiding the issue and not providing feedback.

The onboarding process is long and tedious with no changes been made to cater for a third more passengers than the Sinfonia. Be prepared to wait as it can take over 3 hours to get onboard the ship on from the time you leave your bags.
