First and last cruise with P&O Azura.Sailed from Barbados on 15/12/2018 on 2 weeks Caribbean cruise at a total cost of nearly 5000£ for me and my girlfriend ,just to be very very disappointed with everything. The inside cabin we had was a small ,dirty box with dirty carpet, dirty furniture, dirty little toilet .The cabin has not been cleaned properly in the 2 weeks we were on the ship.We caught a terrible chest infection during our stay which basically ruined our holiday,Christmas and my birthday(thanks P&O).The food in the buffet restaurant was absolutely rubbish, dirty plates and cutlery, rubbish coffee,we bought coffee from costa every day.We have skipped loads of meals during our stay.Staff on the ship ok but some of them don’t understand English unfortunately. We have bought 5 excursions, not cheap waiting a long time for old people to get on and of the catamaran or boat.Lunch included in the excursions where shocking, burgers and hotdogs disgusting ,paid extra to eat to eat a proper lunch. The excursion were ok at least we were away from Benidorm on the sea with all the characters on board. On the end of the cruise we have paid our bill but P&O put on top a preauthorisation of 800£ on my girlfriend card putting her account in overdrawn. We are never going to use this company again because they are overpriced,no standards absolutely disgusting,Azura ship should be scrapped.
