We were travelling as a group of 8 to celebrate a special birthday. We chose this cruise line and this cruise due ro the date and location being roughly mid- way as both families travelled from opposite parts of the globe.

Both families are experienced cruisers and this certainly was an experience to remember- but not in a good way! The best thing about this cruise was the company and we made the best of it. We made our own fun.

From embarkation to disembarkation the cruise was characterised by chaos, low quality and staff indifference. Embarkation was painfree dor us due ro being in suites but overall this process waa not well managed so the very first customer experience was bot a good one.
