Other Friends have been on similar Sinfonia cruises. Although I checked their photos and the Sinfonia has more to offer and looked better than the Musica. My first cruise and the experience was worthwhile and good for an experience.
There was still adequate facilities for the entire family's entertainment. Overall food quality was good with good variation on the dinner dining choice everyday.
All shows and entertainment were well planned and coordinated and got the crowd always enjoying.
The cabin was clean and sufficient for our needs however, the toilet backed up twice during our stay and we had to use a public area toilet. After the plumber came to fix this tiwice the entire 2-3 cabins and area including inside our cabin had the most putrid smell. The cleaning lady did not say anything however from the look on her face this seemed like a regular ocure3nce. We had to ovoid the toilet and cabin during this period unless necessary for sleeping,
The waitress assigned to our table for dinner was the most non-customer orientated person I have met in my life. She refused to even greet us even when i did and smiled at her. this continued for all days when dining whilst the waiter servicing food at our table was the most polite gentleman. People who are non customer-centric should not be in position like this. It seemed like she was having quite a few bad days and we were getting the short end of this.
The Island was a extremely good experience.
