To have a great Vacation. But the food way below good. We only had one Captains dinner. I ask about the 2nd dinner, and was told that xmas dinner was the 2nd. We want to the Steakhouse, and ordered Surf and Turf. But the food was cold and bunt. The soup was watered down. The best meal was the hot dogs from dell at the aft of the ship. The wait staff in the MDR was slow and not very helpful. Half the time our food was cold, or not what we ordered. The Casino was full of smoke, and very poor staff. We ask for help from the Host, Waited over 1 hour for help. We ask for a drink, and had to wait again for that. When we got to are cabin the first day, we ask for ice and two more towels. We got the ice on Monday and the towels on Tuesday afternoon.
