This was a 5 day cruise the week before Christmas. We were provided the option to upgrade and did, to a Sky Suite with all of the perks that we love but do not book on every cruise. The itinerary included only 2 ports which was good for us as we have been to most of the ports in the Caribbean.

First, the staff--tops in every way. Any concern was addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. The waitstaff in Luminae was better than any other we have experienced in all of our 20+ cruises. The concierge in Michael's Club went out of his way to assist in any way possible. We had made plans to meet friends when we stopped in Key West and that port was eventually dropped because of rough seas. He assisted in making telephone calls to our friend so that he would know not to drive to Key West. Wim was an outstanding concierge. And, by the way, Michael's Club on this older ship is about twice as large as on the newer ships.

Second, the ship was very clean and maintained to a high standard.
