The unlimited alcohol package allows for very poor customer service as the bartenders are not working for tips. The employees in the restaurants were very rude and dismissive. The shore excursion in the Bahamas - Balmoral Beach was a complete rip off! It was marketed as a resort which was far from the truth as the facilities were very run down and not maintained, drinks were ridiculously expensive when we could have stayed on the ship and drank for free. We paid a 18% daily gratuity per person and never once met our cabin steward who did nothing but pull the bed sheets back each day. We re-cycled our towels and dirty cups etc. were left in the room so what did we pay for? We had to skip Stirrup Cay which seems to be a common occurrence on this ship so maybe this should be removed from the itinerary during certain times of the year as guests pay for the travel itinerary they choose. The pool was closed for 2 days making the hot tubs make-shift pools for all the kids which candidly is just gross! Spa experience was great! They were timely and the service was relaxing.

Cabin OG

Never met our cabin steward. Dirty cups etc were left in the room from one day to another.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Very misleading and complete rip off! No stingray experience unless you paid extra. It was socialized as a beach resort area which was far from the truth. The place was really run down and not maintained. It was a $75 boat ride per person which is ridiculous!
