We were on the New Year’s Cruise 2019 of the star and paid for our Garden Villa about US$ 30'000 for a week. Included was an “Ultimate Beverage Package” with a value of about USD 100 per day…..

The suite is great but the suite is on the wrong ship. The service of the butler and of our steward were excellent. The remaining service of the ship (including the concierge) were unacceptable.

There is a sliding door to room 14500, but on the top and the bottom of the door was a whole 15 feet long and 2 inch wide. You hear every word from the other room (and all the noise from their piano). After my intervention, they repaired it provisionally. However there was still a cross ventilation and the noise was not reduced to a quiet level.

Great suite but on the wrong ship.

The Cabin is like a Oasis in the desert... (because no good food etc)
