We are Diamond level cruisers with RC and this was our third trip on the Allure. For this New Year’s cruise we upped it a bit and went for the Loft Suite. The embarkation area is a major disappointment. We got there pretty early and while the lounge was nice in the new terminal the only thing there was water. No coffee, tea donuts, nothing. That was a pretty bad way to start things offf. Come on RC, put something out!
The Suite itself is great, with a real king size bed in the loft, 2 bathrooms, the top floor one having a 3 head shower large enough for 2 people and plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable and being on 17 does provide some great views from the spacious balcony.
Our stateroom attendants were always there when we needed them and they kept the room in tip top shape. When you arrive in the room there are some things to snack on and a battle of wine which I recommend throwing in the trash as it is pure garbage.
Comments on the cabin are in my main review, copied here for reference:

Also, by being on 17 it is a short walk to the Coastal Kitchen and lounge area. The lounge area is spacious and that is where you will find your Suite Concierge. We had Junior and Nancy and they were both amazing. Any problem we had they took care of so you don’t have to go down to guest relations, the spa or anywhere else. After the first day they knew our names and faces. I don’t know how they do it.
We did a hilltop cabana and loved it. There was a lot of shade until mid afternoon, quiet and enough room for 4 people. You have someone who gets your drinks and mats etc. You have your own private food area as well and the food was surprisingly good. It was a very restful day just lounging around. Labadee does offfer some good excursions like parasailing etc. People we. Spoke with enjoyed the zip line.
Plenty of good shopping, but the area is still feeling the efffects of the hurricane.
