We Cruised the Carnival Liberty leaving out of Miami on February 27, 2010. We found our rooms very clean comfortable. Our parents had a balcony which was nice and we had an interior room which was was sufficient for all the time we spent there. The entire staff from stateroom stewards to cruise director and Captain were very friendly and made their cruisers the number one priority. We are not refined folk and are certainly not experts when it comes to food but we enjoyed every bit of the food selection. We ordered room service continental breakfast in our rooms on three separate days and each day it arrived hot and on time. Had the fish and chips, pizza and sat at the Golden Olympian Dining Room as well as the Lido Buffet. Lot of food selection from healthy to not so healthy. Service in the dining room was great with good portion sizes and lot of variety. Room was cleaned twice a day with evening turn down service and chocolate mints. Laundry Service was available although we did not take advantage of this. Nice Bathroom with new fixtures and hairdryer in room. Lots of closet space in room for two. Comfy bed with nice pillows and daily schedule for ships events greeted us each night upon returning to our room. We ventured up to the aft section of the boat several days for the chairs there as the mid pool on the Lido deck (9) was always full by the time we got up. We watched the Canadian vs American gold medal hockey game on our big screen on the deck and they showed movies every night up there with blankets to cuddle with. The ship always had something to do and we really enjoyed the rock show and Asad the hypnotist. This would be a great trip for the young and old in all. Just bring your Gravol or motion sickness meds of choice as we hit some rough water the first night and were feeling a bit queasy when we woke up the next AM. Carnival is a family cruise ship with parties and we would recommend it to anyone. We did not experience the spa or Harry's steakhouse so can't comment on those but they seemed nice.

Cabin 4E

We had an interior cabin. It included a King bed with a bathroom and lots of closet space for the week. Clean bathroom and we didn't need anymore than what we had.
