Anyone booking this cruise during November or December should be aware this is apparently NCL's scheduled maintenance time of year, so it is possible you will not get the full itinerary you have paid for. The Na Pali coast cruise was one of the main reasons we picked this cruise, only to find out, as we were boarding, that it would not be happening, which they would have known well in advance. I did not make a big deal of it at the time, as I did not want to spoil what was a special family occasion, but definitely unhappy with this. The $100 cruise credit (per cabin, not per person!) given to compensate for this a joke. NCL is happy to take your money (months in advance) and actively promote that part of the cruise on all the brochures, knowing it wont be provided. At the least, it's false advertising, to my mind, it's almost fraud. NCL = Not Cruising this Line again. Embarkation / Disembarking went smoothly. Buffet breakfast was always crazy busy but food was plentiful and lots of choice. Jeffersons Bistro food was excellent although pricey. East meets West was disappointing. Being charged a service/gratuity charge just to have a beer out of the mini-bar is a bit much. Did not participate in the onboard activities so cannot review - we were using this cruise as transport and accommodation to see the islands. Used Enterprise for hire cars, excellent service each time. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, some looked tired - maybe NCL should NOT cruise every week of the year, get their maintenance done, and allow their staff to have a well-earned break.

Did not get what we paid for

Cabin Review

Aft-Facing Large Balcony
Cabin B1
Cabin was always clean and a good size even for three people, the balcony helps. Very thankful for the rarely seen but always friendly and much appreciated cabin staff. Even at $20, it was great to be able get a small load of laundry done during the week.
