First and last

First ever cruise with Princess, but will also be our last. We have cruised with three other cruise lines previously, never have we been so disappointed. We were thinking perhaps our unpleasant experiences were a ‘one-off’ with Princess but having spoken with several Elite level passengers who had decided ‘enough was enough’ and that they would no longer cruise with Princess due to ongoing cuts and increasing poor service - we quickly realised a pattern had well and truly formed for the cruise line with no signs of improvement on the horizon.

High time this ship went into dry dock. All chairs in the common areas had little to no padding left in them, VERY uncomfortable.

Condescending entertainment crew.

Sodas in every venue were flat.

Entertainment and food were mediocre at best.

A real shame, we were hoping to cruise again with Princess but this trip has certainly put us off.

Met a couple of lovely elite level couples, if it wasn’t for them, the last 15 days would’ve been a complete write off. I might add, several other elite level passengers we spoke with all stated they would never cruise with Princess again.
