We’ve been on ptevious cruise which was very enjoyable. Having said that we realize that the very busy cruises doesn’t suit us. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful but some were abrupt and clearly tired of the masses and their demands.

Our formal dining was especially a big let down. Our waiter was not helpful and friendly and the portions were not adequate and we were hungry after every meal. We tried without any success to change our sitting from the first to the 2nd sitting after being sent from one person to another. Eventually on the last night we took matters into our own hands and changed to the 2nd sitting. What a pleasure!!! The waiter was very pleasant and helpful.

A special mention to your barman in the cigar lounge. He was always friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a good time and will recommend MSC but not over a busy period. Unfortunately MSC cannot control the people that book but we found that the very busy cruise lacked a certain kind of caliber of people.
