This was our 3rd time on the Getaway. Overall we like the ship besides having to walk thru buffet to go to pool area. The CD could have had a bit more energy he seemed to be lacking it. The Assistant CD was also ok.
Overall the staff was all very helpful. Our room steward Susanto was excellent wish we could have him everytime we cruised. Jerwin in the Sugarcane bar was great he also remembered our names and what we wanted.
We enjoyed listening to the captain talk as it was very informational.
Cabin Review
Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom
We had a handicap accessible room as I had to travel with a wheel chair. The cabin had ample space to leave the wheelchair set up.
Port Reviews
Harvest Caye
Pool was really cold. And beach was dirty.
Costa Maya
We just walked around the port. The people in Costa Maya can be a bit pushy.
