I left Durban port on the 19th December 2018 and the staff were excellent on embarking the ship. The embarkation and disembarkation was a breeze with MSC staff and crew assisting you all the way. I had a wonderful experience as it was my first trip and cannot wait to cruise with MSC again. The dining was terrific with a variety of different things to choose from , the dining staff were great and on "ball" for everything. I really enjoyed my shore excursion to the Portuguese Island as it was my first time on a boat. MSC is a must for everybody. The ships interior was one of a kind with amazing lighting and entertainment. The theatre was beautiful and I really enjoyed the shows. The entertainment staff really made my trip enjoyable with the games where everybody partook. The rooms service was excellent with just a phone call away I could get food delivered straight to my door. My room was outstanding even better than when I saw pictures of it on the internet. Every time I stepped out and back to my room was I was spotless. Now that's an amazing trip.
