We have cruised with Royal Caribbean and Disney before and we had very good time. This X'mas we choose NCL cruise and it was the worst experience I have so far. This ship is pretty old. Many dinning options are extra cost. Food was no good and service was so bad. Based on the daily information showed O'Sheehans lunch open @11:30 my family went and the lady told us they need to clean up and won't open until @12:30 with rude attitude. After more than one hour waiting we finally got seats and the service was very slow.

Entertainment was very poor. All entertainment activities closed at 10pm. They even lock-downed shuffleboard and ping pong table. They didn't offer much things to do on the cruise.

There was some good thought. House keeping was good. They clean our cabin several times per day and always keep it clean. The two stars are for house keeping.
