Cabin was nice.  I liked the headboard and large mirror.  The carpet was a little stained but not too bad.  The attendant was never around and I had to call to ask for beach towels twice.  We also had to ask for room service menus.  Overall the entire experience left much to be desired.

Miami

Had a great time, was well organized and got more than we expected.  We left on time and had a nice drive.  Driver was friendly.  We got to Island Gully Falls and hiked up waterfalls with a guide, we just off of cliffs and swam.  Ended up at the Blue Hole for the Tarzan swing.  Driver dropped us off for shopping walking distance from the ship.  We had plenty of time.

We had a really nice time.  Buses were at the port and we got on right after disembarking,  The bus was comfortable and we got ear phones to listen to the tour in English.  An added unexpected bonus was a guided walking tour of the Old City which was included.  We bought souvenirs and got to experience several local stores and they gave us water, cold chocolate drink, beer.  We stopped at a few place to have these samples and shop. We ended up having a snack there and catching the next bus.  It was a lovely tour.

We booked a snorkel trip which was cancelled due to rain so we went on this and it took us to an art museum with Mayan pyramid replicas, a chocolate factory where we got to see how it's made which was very cool and we got to try samples, a tequila farm where we saw  the agave being grown and got to taste tequilas.  We also went to a scenic point by a beach.  Over all it was nice and educational.

It was very nice but the description did not tell us much.  I assumed we'd be going to a sanctuary but after a 90 minute bus ride we ended us at a like where we took a boat to see 3 types of moneys in nature.  It was nice.

Due to poor customer service (having to wait over 30 minutes on hold before anyone answered (numerous times), no one responding to emails sent from the company website etc) I cancelled the trip.Most people use social media to upload vacation photos and it would behoove the company to give better plans with more data because it's free advertisement for the cruise-line.
