I loved the Itenerary. All my favorite islands. The ship is gorgeous. Very tasteful and not gaudy. Service in main dining room was outstanding. Try to get Frankie and Ketut. Deck 4, Select dining. The specialty restaurants were very good. Love the lawn grill, Murano, Tuscan Grille and of course Q'sine. The chateaubriand is incredible. Don’t miss it. Our room , C2, was nice and stewards were wonderful as well as breakfast in the room. Concierge was never helpful or even available much. Captains club hostess could not handle anything nor could Guest Relations. These need improvements or empowerment. Service in the bars before dinner is very slow, just not enough waiters. Better be prepared for a wait. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of five. I think this is my new favorite S class ship, even better than Equinox. My next cruise is on the Edge in March.
