I have sailed on NCL several times as well as with other cruise lines and this was, by far, the worst experience ever. There was a horrible sewer smell on the ship, the inside cabin was the smallest I have ever had, the entertainment was on a high school level and the food was not at all what I am used to on other Norwegian ships. It almost felt like they were using the Sky for training or something and they did not put their best personnel onboard. I will say that the room stewards and activities directors were very friendly and did a good job with what they were given to work with. I will never go on the Sky again and I will have to give some thought to whether or not I will go on another NCL ship in the future. I encouraged my brother to go on his first cruise with us and now I don't think he will ever go on another. It was a very bad first time experience for him and his wife.
