Let's talk about what's good about the ship - outstanding internet, no drop outs & fastest we've experienced at sea. The elevators, fast although there are only two banks. You wont wait long for one. Staff, the crew works extra hard to make you happy. Entertainment, decent overall with some shows outstanding. This is a big ship yet doesn't feel that way and all is pleasing to the eye.

We were disappointed by the following: facial clothes were paper thin. Choice of selections in the dining room limited. We and others felt this was to drive passengers to the specialty restaurants. The food was good and the service excellent. The Buffet - boring after several days of the same dinner food. How does a ship run out of cream cheese for bkfst? If you want cookies you must ASK for them at the ice cream area or at a coffee bar several decks below. Only once were they put out in the dessert station on a two week cruise. The climate control in our cabin didnt work & the tv broke twice. Maintanance was called and had to fix them. Noise from the cabin above was obtrusive.

Embarkcation was a disaster. we were not handed a sea passport card at check in and had to wait by the gangway for over 30 minutes for one to be delivered to us and two dozen others.
