25% of the crew was brand new and others were still fairly new. Service wasn't the best but they will get there. Silver Bar was our favorite with our favorite waiter Yanga!! He is 4 months into his new role and shows so much potential. The food was different but good. Stateroom attendents were awesome. Spa area is very enjoyable. The ship is very elegant. The MDR could use some more variety along with the buffet area. MSC needs to empower their customer service desk to correct simple mistakes instead of telling passengers to call MSC after their cruise is over. The pizza is very tasty you wont be disappointed! Some days the fruit was the best I ever tasted and other days not so much. I believe it was a great value for the money spent. I will sail with MSC again. You should give them a try with an open mind.
