Ship was fantastic, clean, modern and didn't feel crowded at all even with over 4,000 guests on board. Cabin was clean, spacious, and cleaning staff were friendly, only problem with the room # - 13133 was we had a constant tapping noise which sounded like a loose wire in the ceiling every day and all night so be mindful if you choose or are allocated in that particular room. Dining in the restaurant at dinner time was fantastic, the wait staff we had- Tobroni, Latoya and head waiter Bogdan made the experience for us, the knowledge from Bogdan about the special dietary requirements for one of our party was second to none, we are very grateful to him. Dining in the morning and lunch seemed rushed and not so attentive as the evening experience but cannot fault the food and staff were friendly. The Drinks package was an issue the entire cruise for our party of 4 and many guests on the ship, it was not consistent and the staff didn't seem to know the packages and the exclusions as one day we were given a certain drink or ice cream and one day we were told our package didn't allow that certain choice, this continued throughout and we found we were constantly shown the drink package booklet but it just wasn't clear. The company needs to choose more easier packages for all to understand- at the most 3 packages which are clearer on the menus, maybe with a symbol to show which is included in which. Not 6 options and all over the place offers!!! Entertainment was great, we enjoyed the varied Trivia games that were run and enjoyed the humour of the entertainment staff. Evening shows in the theatre felt quite repetitive with Opera being the main focal points so we didn't attend many shows or left after 10 minutes or so. The best show we watched and stayed until the end was- Queen. Service in all the cafes were fantastic and the staff were friendly. Service from cleaning staff- very friendly and polite, can't fault them. Ports, excursions at St Maarten seemed the best and most diverse of them all. The cost of the beach express excursion in Antigua didn't seem worth it for a 5 minute drive to a small overcrowded beach. We would go again but would need a clearer & easier drinks package.

Great food, Drinks package could be easier

Cabin Review

Fantastica Interior Stateroom
Cabin I2 13133
Room itself was comfortable and had everything you would need.
We didn't have the most comfortable sleep most nights due to a constant tapping sound, it sounded like a wire was tapping between the walls or ceiling. It was all day and night.
The room was clean and bright.
