This was a family Christmas cruise. Our 2nd with Princess and 5th overall Cruise ( 2 Carnival and 1 Royal Caribbean) and Princess is hands down our favorite due to overall experience with service, food everything else!. Overall great cruise. Several negatives: was age of our ship - built in 2004 and showing its age. We had AC issues in our cabin but Princess compensated by giving us a generous on board credit and worked to resolve issue. Internet service was very slow which is frustrating if you pay for it. I recommended on Princess Review to make free WiFi. Also gym hours were not accommodating for port days with7 am open time. I suggested 24 hour access. Other minor negative was lack on seating during peak buffet times and suggested opening up more dining spaces at different floors for this.

Service was excellent from stateroom to Dinner/Dining. Embarkation and Disemarkation was excellent and stress free.

Our young kids loved the on board Discovery or kids activities! On board entertainment was also outstanding! Other cruises we have been on were cheesy. Read more
