This was our second cruise on the Vision, our last was in 2006. Our check-in at the Port of New Orleans was smooth and efficient. Although the ship is on of the smallest in the fleet, we did not find our selves crowded in. We could always find a place to sit back and relax and play cards. We always found a seat in the Windjammer regardless of the time of day. My time dinning was always available, we were quickly seated without reservations. Our cabin, 8519, was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great. We found the food to some of the best overall we have enjoyed; both in the Windjammer and the main dinning room. The service was the best part. The wait staff in both the Windjammer and the dinning room was truly outstanding. Although we availed ourselves to my time dinning, we were set in the same area each night with the same waiters. They went out of there way to accommodate us, always there but not intrusive. They remembered our names and what we liked. Undoubtable, one of the best dinning experiences have had on any cruise. The ship being small was easy to get around. The entertainment was top notch. Two really good comedians along with excellent productions stage shows. They put together a special Christmas show for Christmas Eve that was greatly appreciated by all. The cruise director was great, one of the best we have observed. He was all over the place and was quite talented in his own right. Our port calls was the usual W. Caribbean which we have visited many times but we were on the cruise for the holidays and the ship. All in all, one of the best of the over 30 cruises we have enjoyed. We have had no bad cruises, they say a bad day on a cruise is better the a good day at work or home. :) Royal Caribbean was at the usual great performance. Happy New Year.
