We had never been to that part of Europe, but were well aware of it’s history. We also had heard so much about European Christmas markets we wanted to see for ourselves. Our cruise included airfair,an upgraded room,at a great price.Service was first class from the airport in Budapest,to the airport in Munich, and everything in between. The cities we visited had incredible history and archtecture, our guides on the inluded tours were knowledgeable. The cities we visited were incredible, and most were worthy of a much longer stay,The Christmas markets were unique, but in the cities we visited on a weekend,Budapest, and Bratislava were shoulder to shoulder crowded, and consisted mostly of food and drink,we found the others to be more pleasant, but also consisted of a great many beverage and food stalls

We also really enjoed the optional Huerigen abend in Vienna, which had plentiful food wine and great entertainment

The crew on board ship were top notch,as was the food wine ,and beer.We had taken a viking ocean cruise, and were not disapointed in the River cruise.
