To have fun but it turned out to be not so fun after all.

We were a group of 13 (different staterooms) that cruised this ship from Miami on the 15th. The price we paid for the cruise and the facilities we got weren’t balancing. We felt everthing was nickeled n domed including including message and phone when that should be included for the $. We paid close to $5000. The reason we chose this ship was, a bunch of us turned 40 and wanted to celebrate together in a brand new cruise.

As much as we loved the ship and it’s facilities, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness that was maintained in the cafe and observatory deck area with the bowls, cups and utensils. To our surprise they were dirty with food stuck on it. We were worried that we might get sick and to prove that 3 of us did get sick after all. when I complained about it, we were sent chocolate covered strawberries and cookies twice to our room???? Is that some sort of pacifying?? Coz none of our other friends got anything like that. Read more
