This cruise was a last minute booking as we knew we could get a good deal for December. We did not arrive home until 23rd December so had to be super organised before we left. This was our first Celebrity cruise and we will definitely book with them again.
Our deal included the concierge balcony cabin, a classic drinks package, virgin flights to miami and an overnight stay at the courtyard by marriott hotel. We could not fault this cruise for value for money. The ship itself is lovely and not too large. The food was the best we have had so far on any cruise. We ate on freedom dining and only once had to wait for a table. We were able to go in for dinner just after 7.30 and then get to see the 9pm show. The entertainment was good in parts. Some of the acts were very good but the comedians obviously were more for the american clientele. We also thoroughly enjoyed the silent disco which was great fun.
The classic drinks package covered drinks up to $9 which was fine for us. It included fizz ,wine, spirits, beer and cocktails. It also included some speciality coffees in the lovely coffee shop on deck 5.
Our concierge cabin was at the rear of the ship. A good size with a very nice balcony on which we had our breakfast each morning. The bathroom was also a good size with a shower door rather than a curtain. Our steward kept our cabin spotless.
