First I have to acknowledge the Haven staff that made our vacation great. The two concierge, David and Nimfa, were always there for us for anything we needed done, and for special treatment, especially the back elevators. The two best bartenders on the ship, Branko and Surendra, made the best drinks, and always came up with different drinks for us to try. Next stop, the Haven restaurant. Each meal we were greeted by the smiling faces of Arnelita and Hazel who sat us and made sure we were well taken care of. The next shout out goes to all the waiters of this restaurant, Kent, Vincent, Thereza, Katherine, Girlie, Jose, and Anish. Sorry if we misses anyone. Their service and care for the cruisers can't be beat.
The service and food at Le Bistro is excellent. We loved sitting with Christian and Marc. They made our dining experiences special. Cagney's, our favorite restaurant, also had a special waiter, Augen, who we asked for as our server twice. His service and care was over the top. We can't forget our special bar server at the pool and at Headliners, Edward. He would constantly greet us and knew what we wanted.
During this cruise, officers and directors were always around the ship speaking to the cruisers. Kivanc Ucar, the Hotel Director, who we spoke with many times. He stands out as the most caring and concerned individual, always around to make sure everything is going well and listening to our comments.
Our favorite shows on board were Choir of Man and Wine Lovers the Musical, both held in the Supper Club. Every night there was plenty to do on board. The comedy shows were terrific, the singers and dancers around the ship were entertaining. Always something going on.
Truly a great vacation. Ready for another NCL cruise.

Costa MayaBrief ride to beach area. In their restaurant we made guacamole, and salsas. It was fun. After that, salsa dancing lessons. We were also served drinks. When finished we were able to use their beach facilities and shop at their stands. After being dropped off, there were many shops, restaurants, and a pool area. Really very beautiful area and a short walk to the ship.View All 13,324 Costa Maya Cruise Port Reviews

CozumelAs we were there before, we walked to the town, away from the port shops. There are many shops, restaurants and bars. We stopped for drinks and people watched in the town square. Great shopping port.View All 6,739 Cozumel Cruise Port Reviews
