We had so much fun on this ship! There was plenty to do all hours of the day under the great planning of the Cruise Director Staff. Food in all of the restaurants was delicious although the crowd in the buffet area could be a bit overwhelming at times. Our room was always clean and every time we came back, the room steward had made it very welcoming to come back to. We saw severa shows and they were all of a very high caliber. The Jersey Boys and Havana shows we’re excellent!! As far as the embarkation and disembarkation processes, it was a breeze. We were on and off the boat in less than 10 minutes (including claiming our luggage).. Shuttles provided by Norwegian were prompt and easy. The only complaint was my ability to obtain a bandaid. They tell you that you don’t need cash for anything because you can use your key card to pay for everything, but for a bandaid, you will need 4 quarters to get one out of the machine. Other than that, I would cruise on this ship again in a minute and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great time.
