The itinerary and ports of call were very nice. Found a hair on my food the first day at market place, a senior staff came to apologize and asked my name, but nothing was done after that. Dining room food was above average, the temperature of food was lukewarm most of the time. although the entrees always took a long time to come. Table service was average and I saw a lot of inexperienced staff on and they seemed to be short handed most of the time. The matre’d Peron was very accommodating but some other captains or head waiters were not quite as good. Lincoln, the room service was good. There were heavy dust fell off from vents above the bed, nobody came by to fix the problem even though it was mentioned to him. Theatre shows were pretty good but can be better. The chicken wings at Blue Lagoon were warm most of the time, but the cream of tomato soup were tasty and hot. Overall our experiences with NCL Spirit was a bit above average.
