We wanted to try a large ship. we have been on about 12 different ships. Harmony would be the largest. There are a lot of different areas on the ship and we were never felt crowded. We did not find any area that was quiet. Several things went wrong. We traveled with two other couples. One couple (who are travel agents) bid on an upgrade and two days before travel, got their bid accepted. When they arrived at dock, there was no record of their acceptance, and their previous cabin had been given away. Our friends showed the acceptance email, and after much looking around they shown to their accepted cabin. This caused them a two hour delay. There was a lot of confusion about documentation being wrong. This couple did not get all the amenities that went with their elite status. Some were sent to previous cabin. They never received their invitation to top tier Captain invitation. Our invitation said correct cabin but had someone else's name on it. We checked with 5 couples and three of them had something wrong. There was a lot of problems with dining room food. My spouse has severe allergies, so we ensure that everyone is aware ahead of time. We always choose assigned seating so we get same staff every time. All staff were aware, from kitchen, head waiter, waiter and assistant waiter. Even so, on three separate occasions, she was served food that would have caused a severe reactions. Totally unacceptable. Food in buffet was better and less of a risk.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin 6N

Large cabin, not very practible. Cabin 9100 is at front of ship but has a low ceiling the closer you get to window. Bumped my head on window.
