This was my 5th cruise overall. Ship stunk horribly, even outside like sewer. Not appealing when you are trying to eat or enjoy sun. I booked a shoe excursion in Stirrup Cay online and printed a paid confirmation only to have them not honor the paid receipt because the excusution was over booked, I paid and booked the event a month in advance. Was delayed by 4 hours in Cuba because of "technical" difficulties and offered 25% off the next cruise I take with them in 2019. Keep it! I'll fight this via my credit card for breach of contract. Also dont pay for the excursions to Atlantis on the ship and buy direct from Atlantis and save $45 per ticket! Same with the Cuban Old Car Tour. $399 for 2 people, buy direct for a family of 5 its $180! Total con job. Staff was nice for the most part however very slow. Food was not much better than school cafeteria level.
