Embarkation went smooth and as expected. Disembarkation was terrible, We paid for transfers to our Hotel and there were NO NCL employees outside of the terminal to assist us. The Brat Pack was stupid and profane and After Midnight left me snoozing in my seat. Service was terrible. We waited 3 days without a bar of soap in our bathroom. This is our second time in the Haven and this cruise lacked priority boarding after excursions. I felt like it was a waste of money. The elevators on the ship were filthy, with food on the floor on more than one occasion. I'm not sure if it was the ship or the crew but I don't feel that the ship was taken care of which is disappointing after the amount of money we spend to have a luxury cruise. We'll be trying the MSC Yacht Club. I'm not sure if I will go on another NCL cruise Haven or not.
